Nude yoga - Digambara

Digambara means dressed in the wind or sky-clad i.e. naked. While it is not always practical in public classes I always urge my students to practise naked whenever they can. Interestingly traditional yoga advises against doing your yoga in hot sun which can delete the very energy you are trying to bolster and reinforce.
