Only One of a Clothing Item

I don't own a suit, but I do have a jacket that coordinates well with one of my dress slacks. Were it a few times a year to weddings, funerals, semi-formal dinners, etc. I guess I didn't list it the first time because I was counting it as an item of outerwear.

  Ripped up my last pair of underwear and threw the scraps in the trash a few days ago.
  Now completely underwear free.
  That was the easy part.
  The difficultly will be not caving in and buying one pair for my next dermatologist appointment like I have done more than once in the past.

He does check inside my underwear or has me lower it at the end of the exam.

  My only swimsuit is wearing out. If it holds up until out grandsonsl goes home I will toss it and not replace it until our next vacation, hopefully in late February.

  As said elsewhere: The one essential clothing item is a face mask. Nobody can identify you if caught naked in the wrong place.
