  Mick, Your place would be a great location. Ive spoken to my wife and wed like to scout your place out. Do you have any weekdays open for a visit?

  We are looking into a private residence with a few locations in mind. We are also talking to Mick about his ranch.

  I just spent a weekend at Micks place in early July. Camped Friday through Sunday in the Meadow between two streams.
  Hiked all weekend and never saw a soul other than Mick.
  I highly recommend it.
