Prejudice

  I have been exposed to prejudice, but I've never (knowingly) been a victim of it, but I'm writing here for a different reason.Let me first say that while I don't understand prejudice of any kind, I know there are people that don't like/trust people that look and speak  differently than themself, but the Jewish thing totaly behooves me.  I am Black/African American so to me people of the Jewish faith look and  speak like the majority of people in the country, so what's with the dislike of someone that looks and speakes like they are part of the majority?  I'm aware that the Holucost and the journey thru the desert is  part of their history, but what was the reason for the hatred then, and now?   I don't get it.
