Apr 27, 2019This is something that I make often, because everyone enjoys it, and it is easy to put together quickly! If you modify the recipe, let me know so I can try that idea.
Quinoa, black rice, and black bean dish
In a rice cooker,
1 cup of black rice
2 cups of Quinoa
4 cups of water
One 10 ounce can of low Sodium Black Beans
One 10 ounce can of Chick peas Drained
1 10 ounce jar of sun-dried dices tomatoes or bruschetta with olive oil
1 jar of chopped greek Kalamata olives - Drained
After cooking in rice cooker
Add pace Chunky mild salsa and Parmesan cheese to taste

RodDec 27, 2019Instant Pots are great for bean dishes and soups. I have been eating out too much lately but I think I'm going to try some vegetarian dishes more in mine.

RodDec 27, 2019Also, you can use dried beans which I think are healthier. Just add more water and cook longer. Lots of recipes on the internet.
