"Official" Nude Cornhole Rules

The rules for playing cornhole are well documented.  No mystery there.  The question is: what constitutes "nude" in a nude Cornhole tournament?  Is shoes allowed?  Jewelry?  Hat? Wraps for the ladies?  Hmmm?
