Hell yes .I live in Saskatchewan and it gets frigid here -40 often but I will dress warmly and go for a hike in the woods when I start to get warm from exercise. I will strip off to my boots and go harder.not much chance of meeting anybody else . when i am half cold into the wind I turn back and return to my clothes get dressed.and hike out very invigorating even if it does make me look like a girl.Any joiners.
