Recommendations?

Hoping to get there next year, I could do with some info on access and where to park the car please? I am limited to walking far as I am disabled, down hill I am fine but struggle up but eventually get there. I used Marros sands Carmarthenshire this year, but it is a killer walk back up to the church car park. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
