News flash! We were surprised this year when we didn't see the pod at MM10. Found it at MM6 on our way off the beach. Don't rely on that as a nude beach marker anymore. Luckily, MM10 it still up. Guess mother nature decided to move it down the beach.

    The pod was moved by the wildlife refuge maint. crew. I guess they did not want it on there property.

    Its still a cool landmark and gives some attention to the fact that SPI has nude areas. However, Id recommend mm12. We go up there a lot and get to meet and hang out with other nudists often.
