RVing in The Sunny South

I'm 70, open-minded, single man preparing to RV travel FL, AL, MS, GA, SC soon, looking for a semi-permanent place to live where the temperatire mimics my age. Any pointers would be appreciated. Clothing optional living would be optimum. Love to meet and camp/travel with like-minded others. Please give me your thoughts. Would love to fing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
