Sep 8, 2022No news/facts to report just photographic evidence. There is nothing going on, on site, it is still a wreck. :(. There are a few folks who continue to offer beach chairs & umbrellas. And the Perch Bar. Go support those persevering through this. But the resort has yet to be revived, sad.

J.Sep 8, 2022Someone mentioned that they have just recently resolved the ownership dispute with some of the CoPro members who owed money, which needed to be done before getting their insurance settlement. Maybe things are starting to happen behind the scenes.
