Shinrin-yoku. It is Japanese for Forest Bathing. In a study done in Japan, they found that"forest environments promote lower concentrations of cortisol, lower pulse rate, lower blood pressure, greater parasympathetic nerve activity & and lower sympathetic nerve activity".

    As naturists, we believe in the benefits of being at one with nature and studies have shown the health benefits of issues such as forest bathing.
