Southside / Point Addis - where does it start and end

I've been there many times and not had any issues but I've always wondered where the CO beach starts when you walk from the Pt Addis end. The southside end is clear, as soon as you are on the beach it's CO but at high tide there is no beach. Walking from the Pt. Addis end is a textile section and then after around 1km you find nudies but there is no sign. Any suggestions, or when in Rome ....?
