SpaceEx launch

The loss of the most recent launch vehicle has been good to remind us of two things.  One is that leaving the Earth is still not easy and the second is that in science we learn from failure, perhaps even more than from success. It is a good thing that the vehicle was unmanned and that none of the supplies were urgently needed.
