I'm using a pregnancy stretch mark cream by a company called NEMAH (I think it's part of the same HIMS company that sells monoxidyl, etc.) that has an active ingredient for making the skin more pliable. It's non-greasy and working well with the CAR-1 by ChrisOnline. It seems to have an actual effect in enhancing the results I'm already getting.

I apply a small amount around the ring of maximally stretched skin just below the glans, and down the shaft a few inches where the air inflates the skin below the device. Also, I apply a line of cream down the [url][link]https://www.truenudists.com/link/87ac789621801d2b/aHR0cHM6Ly9lbi5tLndpa2lwZWRpYS5vcmcvd2lraS9QZW5pbGVfcmFwaGU%3D[/link]Penile Raphe[/url] to prevent, in theory, any turkey neck from developing.
Ive been using the device for about two months and the cream for the last two weeks. I can already sense there is extra skin material developing both visibly and in how much easier it is to gather up the skin all the way up into the device and over the inner bell before flipping down the outer bell over the skin to hold it in place.
Also, after inflating Ive noticed the skin stays put all the way up inside the device. I attribute this to two things: 1. Theres more skin development , and 2. I find if I [strong]over-inflate[/strong] it tends to make the skin slip down out of place. Something to consider regarding technique.

I have been using CBD/TBD and have made significant progress. It also softens the skin.
