The women leaders of the world have done a better job.

Most of the women leaders I know of have done their jobs better than most of the comparable male leaders they replaced.  Many of the countries that have had a woman take over after a failed or weak male leadership have had a rebound in that country.  These leaderships were carried out in addition to also being a wife and mother.
