Uncut leakage

Idk if this is an uncircumcised issue or weak kegal or prostate situation. Lately when I pull my long foreskin back to pee . I pee, then shake it good when I finish . I Pull my foreskin back & forth over the head a few times to get every drop out . But when I leave my foreskin retracted, walk away from the bathroom & my foreskin goes back over the penis head back itself. There is usually a small squirt of urine that comes out . But only when the foreskin goes back over the head. I make sure I'm getting all the urine out b4 I leave the bathroom. Even if put a small piece of tissue inside the foreskin before I leave the bathroom. I checked the piece of tissue and it would be a small drop of wetness. Idk what or why...
