Anyone do any good distance runs this year so far?  Any planned?

    Ran Spring Lake 5 Mile today then went to Sandy Hook to recover. I'll procrastinate as long as I can before doing long runs for the New York City Marathon. I'm in good enough shape to crawl to the finish line.

    I have never run Spring Lake but I hear it's a big race.  I haven't run any of the shore circuit races in a few years.
