AdamOriginal PosterNov 19, 2025
What is your minimum temperature for running nude outdoors?
I think last year I got into the 40s. I cant really remember but it was cold cold. I would start with a hoodie gloves and a beanie on and end up taking my hoodie on. I would be nude with just gloves and. A beanie.ReactReply - TD

Average highs are in the low to mid 50s in January and February; You might be able to have some midday nude runs.ReactReply - TD
Tom DJan 7, 2026Were you aware that White Tail has a clothing optional interdenominational church service? Not sure if it is seasonal or year-round.

Tom DJan 7, 2026When will you be in Virginia?

AdamOriginal PosterJan 9, 2026Church service would be cool. I did see they had a chapel and thought that was awesome. Hopefully it is year round. I would love to attend a clothing optional service.

Tom DJan 9, 2026Long term forecast call for highs mostly in the 40s with a few days getting into the 50s when you are there.
Is that warm enough for you to run nude?
If not, there is a small gym there.
You would probably need to wear a least a hoodie to walk between your room and the chapel, but you could take it off when you get there.ReactReply - AD
AdamOriginal PosterJan 10, 2026Hey thank you for checking that weather forecast. I can actually make do running in temps 40-50 degrees. Thats not to bad once the body warms up. I look forward to just running free. Maybe I can actually get a longer run in.
If anyone else is a runner and wants to jog at white tail when Im there let me know.

Tom DJan 10, 2026By the way, are you going to try to get reimbursement for the nights you spend at White Tail?

AdamOriginal PosterJan 13, 2026No I will be out there on my own dime. It will be extracurricular lol
I look forward to a few runs a day just to soak up the sun and enjoying running in daylight VS the early morning dark.

Tom DJan 22, 2026Checked the long term weather forecast.
Looks like the early part of the trip will not be good for running outdoors, but the latter part should be mReactReply - AD
AdamOriginal PosterJan 23, 2026Hey I made it safely. Still adjusting. Weather has been nice the past few days but this weekend isn't looking to good. It keeps changing from a wintery mix and is all over the place. Next weekend is looking much better. Not really sure how work will go though. Crazy I have been out running everyday though. No naked runs though :( I miss it.

I decided to stay put for the weekend with the weather being so unpredictable and the freezing temps. Glad I did. Not so sure I would have made it back on time for work. Next weekend is looking much better though. AdamReactReply
