  I have never handled or fired a PPQ. From what I understand that series is being replaced by the new PDP series. The PPQ does have great reviews though, and I would not hesitate to buy one. I do own a PPS M2, and carry it daily. I like the trigger in it, and have put an estimated 950 rounds through it without failure.

  I have a Walther PPQ Q5 Match, which is very close. Love it. Absolutely adore it. Now, I find Walther has the perfect grips for my hand, so I am generally biased there. However it's snappy when fired, the trigger is crisp, and easy to come back on target.

  As far as I know, it's not being replaced by the PDP, but frankly, I'd recommend the PDP hands down. I have one as well, and if anything, it's even more perfect than the PPQ. Last time at the range I was smashing out 8/10 and 9/10 bill drills, even one handed.

  Would recommend both, but as always, fit and aim are different. For example, my kids prefer my Sig 226 Legion.
