Welsh Coast Path (Ceredigion)

Hello, I will be walking parts of the coast path in Wales this July 2021 in Ceredigion. Any secluded beaches I should look out for? I know its Covid19 times and we are inundated with other visitors but heres hoping I can find a few quiet spots. Ive only got a week. Residents of Ceredigion I could use your insights.
