Jul 18, 2014Well, I have always been 6 foot and 150 pounds and thus have always considered myself thin. Mostly genetics is the reason although I do want my calorie intake and burn each day. Anyone else have any ideas on this?

TedAug 9, 2014I'm 6'3" and 170. I've never weighed much more than that in my entire life (I might have gotten to 173 or so on Thanksgiving Day some years back). Sometimes someone asks "Have you lost weight?" The answer is always "No", but I think people are so used to seeing overweight people everyday, that when they see someone that is sort of "normal", they're not used to it. Not only that, the people who ask that question always seem to be overweight. I couldn't be happier with my body type, especially at my age. I'm lean and loving it !Of course, there are different terms for "thin". Emaciated would be the worst. Or anorexic. Slim and trim, lean, svelte, slender, and lithe are a few terms with more of a positive slant.ReactReply
