What would you consider equal?

Would like to know what you would consider equal rights for nudists.  Some states already have top free equality for women, which is a start. What would you like to see in law changes to give nudists the freedom we deserve?  In America we allow others to observe and live according to their customs and culture, so when will that be extended to nudists/naturists?  Would like to know your feelings on this topic.
