When is the water flowing

With all this rain this week, I was thinking that maybe it is starting to get watery. At least hopefully.

I have not been there yet. I just moved away from Phoenix last year and miss going to Sycamore creek east of the valley of the sun. I did a drive bi last summer when I had extra time. Found the road to it and the limited parking spaces. Even talked to a guy that was getting ready to leave.
