Where is this resort / beach?

I'm a bit unclear where this place is located. The description refers to Cape Bridgewater which I understand to be near Portland, over towards Nelson in Victoria. But the street address and postcode seems to refer to the town of Bridgewater in South Australia which is inland and not on the coast.
