Why don`t we have a naturist club near Huntsville?

I would very much like to start a naturist/nudist club near Huntsville but the only one is Brian's club in Bracebridge which is clothing optional and very poorly signed. I live in Kearney which would be a great location but I just don't have the financial whereabouts to buy a property and then develop it. I personally think if an established club like Bare Oaks bought property here it would fly! I currently go to Jewel Lake in North Bay and a lot of the members are from my area......any thoughts?
