Do any women ever workout without bras or does anyones wives workout without bras?

I have been wondering since I see a lot of joggers in my area. Most have athletic fitting clothes. I find them restricting. But I have noticed tight shirts, sports bras and sometimes more.

I maybe wrong and I know some women need more support but would just the tight shirts suffice and be more comfortable?

Sort of the opposite, but I see women running and walking in sprots bras with no shirt over it.
One of them is my wife's pastor's wife who lives around the corner from us.
When my wife complains that it is too hot to walk, I tell her that if she dressed like the pastor's wife she would be cooler, but she won't go for it.
She did ask me once if I really felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood in short shorts (by US male standards) and no shirt.
I replied "Not really, but if I took the shorts off the neighbors would probably call the police!"

Those are awesome responses Hahha. I will def keep that in mind I appreciate that. I also like that you invited her to wear less clothes without actually saying it. I do the same with my wife. Awesome!

Relating to bras but not working out
My wife has commented that she finds bras uncomfortable, but won't be without one at home if she thinks our adult son who lives with us might see her. I have told her I doubt if he would notice if she wasn't wearing a bra under her t-shirt or blouse but she still won't go without it.

Honestly, it really depends on the person and what feels comfortable for them. As a female nudist, so I tend to prefer as little restriction as possible, sometimes i find it so uncomfortable and if the setting allows it, Ill absolutely work out without a bra. It feels freeing and natural to let my body move the way it wants.

That said, everyones comfort level and support needs are different. Some women need the extra support, some just like the feel of snug athletic tops, and some (like me) prefer the freedom of nothing at all when they can.
when i go to the gym i only wear a haltertop and tight fitting shorts. Never a bra or undies
When I belonged to a gym, I was tempted to take a sleeveless shirt and cut the bottom half off and see what happened. If women can show their midsection, why shouldn't men be able to do so. It was fairly common in the 70s and 80s, why not now?

A Gi is also sometimes referred to as a Kimono. But it is the traditional Jiu-Jitsu or Judo Uniform.
