Yes- barefoot and naked surely

I would definitely be naked and barefoot in most places or situations unless the terrain or ground makes going barefoot unsafe and dangerous. For eg, sharp rocks or rough ground and pavement.

That's for certain. Then only are we considered fully naked without clothes and footwear.

    This is precisely how i do my morning and evening naked walks on bike trails or new subdivisions with newly paved roads but no houses.
    Naked and barefoot without a stitch of clothing to cover up with. Only my phone in my hand when I DO carry my phone.

    Sometimes an added toy inserted for fun and pleasure

You should be barefoot meaning no sandals either. Also, no jewelry for the ladies or men. I like the idea that you are walking without a stitch of clothing to cover up with and the fact that you are doing that where there is a possibility that you might be seen by textiles.
