Are there any locations in North America that come close to the place in France?

What about other European countries?

I love the places I go to here in Texas and in Oklahoma, and I look forward to visiting the ones in Colorado and Arizona.  I'm looking for something with more ammenties like restaurants, stores, etc.  One place I go to frequently and absolutely love has a Bistro, but it's not always open, and to even get a bag of ice, I have to drive some miles to a store or town, and there's no restaurants or hotels nearby.

I understand that these clubs and campgrounds have to be somewhat remote, and I would really like to open one here in the Texas Panhandle or south plains (near Lubbock or between there and Midland), and so I am aware of the need for privacy and good relationships with local authorities.  If I ever one the lottery or even made good on one big business transaction, I would open a place by next spring and summer.
