    Technically that is NOT a Moped, but more correctly a Scooter. Moped stands for Motor/Pedal, meaning the way it is propelled. To be a TRUE Moped it needs to have pedals like a bicycle so it can be ridden without the motor running. Just pedal it like you would a bicycle.
