Playa Marbella in Barcelona, Spain

I am planning to visit this beach in late August of this year and am looking for any information on the beach, places to stay etc.If anybody has been there and have any information to offer I would appreciate.If any locals have any info even better and would like to meet some people there also.Thanks in advance
