  Hey, Nudada, can you tell us something about this FKK?

  Ada Ciganlija is an island made to be peninsula in the Sava river in Belgrade, sort of City Park with golf, tennis, waterports, beach, restaurants etc. Short stretch of the beach at the south end of Savsko jezero (the Sava Lake) is reserved for nudies, but there is to my knowledge no campground or any other possibility to stay nude overnight, just daytime. Very small part of entire island is clothing optional/nude, so basically ok to visit if in Belgrade but not much of a destination to make a separate trip to.

  Checked quickly the links both English and Serbian, nowhere seemed to be much info about nude facilities, so cannot help further. Just know a lady in Belgrade who is a regular but since I know her, haven't had time to visit the city in warm season.
