Captions ??

Who comes up with the captions for the gallery photos? Most don't seem to fit the photo at hand. One example is of TWO men standing in the surf looking at a sunset/sunrise, not a tree in sight, but the caption reads "A solo nudist in the woods". Others may say something about being "in the wilderness", when they are obviously near buildings, a pool or some other developed area, not wilderness. Has anybody else noticed this or am I the only one? Again, who comes up with these captions?
