Hi there,m was wondering if any could help me with my certification.

I keep on getting rejected due to No ID presented but I have a full picture of me holding the sign up and as well a picture of the sign written?

anyone wish to help me out with this

    Did you enclose both pictures, both clothed and nude?

    Is your face showing clearly in both pictures?

    In the nude picture, are your genitals showing clearly (so they can match up your claimed gender with the picture)? And does that picture conform with the standards for nude pictures on the site (no erections, no wide-open female crotch shots)?

    If you're within the rules on all these things, try to get hold of the site moderators.

    This has to do with the new Mastercard debacle. They require a photo ID now. But many here are worried about ID theft, Some have said they blacked out the personal info on the photo ID and that worked for them.
