Jan 9, 2016I keep getting the message "you are not a member of this group" when I reply to a forum topic. I do not see any invitation to join forums. I am a member of many groups, and it's clear that you request membership (either OK'd automatically or approved by moderator). I see no similar invitation to forums.

Lakeman221Jan 9, 2016Go to the top of the page and click on where it says "Forums", you WILL be able to respond to any of the topics there that show up. Obviously you CAN reply to forum topics, otherwise this question would not be where me and Conner could have found it and replied back to you. Like Conner mentioned, you have most likely stumbled on to a group topic, and if you are not a member of that group, you can read but not reply to what has been posted. If you look in the left column of the page and see where it says "join group", then you will have to click there, be accepted as a member, then you may post to it all you want. If you look at the top line of this page, you will see "Groups", click on that for a list of all the groups on TN. Find some of interest to you and look for the join group tab and click it. Be sure to check if you need approval first to be accepted
