Get the message. Oh I forgot,!!! You don't understand the simple everyday things of life.ReactReply - CH
ChuckJan 29, 2012I would prefer to everything in the nude, but my job will not allow me to that. I can do my job nude as well as clothed. Well not right now because it's really cold outside now. I hate cold weather!!

GrantFeb 3, 2012
Perhaps you don't want to understand, it is the great feeling of freedom, which makes the difference and cannot be experienced by being attired with textile upon your skin.
I wished more people world wide would want to understand nudity, as for many out there it is a taboo!

GrantFeb 3, 2012I am happy for each moment of my life to be nude and do whatever I can in the nude. It has changed my life completely, as I have adjusted myself, to rather be nude and socialize with other nudists, than any of my friends, who don't go along with it.ReactReply - GE
Gerry-4Feb 4, 2012Ah! Perhaps the true crux of the issue!
Social nudity is an experience where everyone must feel some sense of vulnerability. For some people, the vulnerability is too much and they can never re-adapt to what nature intended. Others embrace that vulnerability. While they may not become nudists, they still appreciate what such experiences can teach.
If you're ready to allow yourself to be vulnerable and meet others who will do the same, than welcome to nudism! If not, I hope you will at least gain an appreciation of what it's all about.ReactReply - MEMemberOriginal PosterFeb 6, 2012
But you looked up this site. Just try it, if you don't feel the comfort that the rest of us feel, then leaveReactReply

For me nudism is about freedom.I am not worried about what my nude body look like. You see that nudists come in all shapes and sizes.Yet that does not stop them from enjoying social nudism.I look forward to spring and summer for the outdoor social nudism time.It is not about what you can do nude that you can't do clothed. It is about the freedom and happiness that go along with social nudity.

ScottsmanFeb 7, 2013Can not reply for all nudist, only myself. I grew up in a time and place that the nude body had to remain covered and being nude with others was very taboo. People were very up tight about this. It made me very insecure about my body. Nudist were perverts ect. In 2005 I found myself in a place where everyone went nude.. On that day I found a new meaning of nudism.. To me it was not about clothing.. It is a state of mind for me. I was able to let go of old inabitons, insecurites, no sexual tention and no more fear of being seen. I was able to free my mind. I am nude at home now,, not the same as being out of doors to me.. not about seeing or being seen.. I am not good at putting my thoughts to print. and yes I know words are misspelled too. lol but my mind is free of all the worries.. lol

MarkFeb 8, 2013Well for starters:
you can not sail naked if your clothed
you can not get an all over tan if your clothed
for the guys, your boys can not feel the warm breeze - good for reacting to the wind shift when sailing - if your clothed
and nothing clears out an anchorage like setting the anchor nudeReactReply - PR

Being nude, especially outdoors, frees us up to get back to nature. When nude hiking, or suntanning, I feel closer to nature, and much less restricted. Clothing is for cool weather, but when the sun comes out, we enjoy getting ourselves tanned without silly tan lines'

Lakeman221Sep 28, 2014
I would suggest that you give nudism a try and find out for yourself; there is NOTHING to beat personal experience.
One of the BEST answers on this whole thread. You need to experience it for yourself to start to develop an understanding of it.ReactReply
