Naked or Nudity as sexual times

  Yes, I often think about how my nudism is sensual, without any erotic component. I've been married for over 16 years and thankfully my wife supports my home nudity. Never once have I had an erection while going about my business nude. This includes a lot of time as we work from home and I'm often nude while working. This includes those times my wife is either topless or nude, too.

  Many folks may agree that a woman in a bikini is far more erotic than the same woman in her birthday suit.

  As a closet nudist, there aren't many people in my life that knows I would practice nudism. I do it within the privacy of my own apartment. Sometimes a friend might join in, and my brother would also practice it from time to time but never when he has a friend over. That is understandable, of course.

  When I first started practicing nudism, there were times I would just get an erection without even thinking about anything sexual. After several more times, I suppose my body learned to distinguish between being naked and being sexy... :P

Some textiles consider it "hypocritical." But when you've been a social nudist you get to understand that you can socialize with someone "attractive" and just appreciate the person; and see an actress or a model nude on TV or the internet, and find their nudity erotic. And sometimes the two connect. For example I was at the nude beach some time ago and a nude woman sitting not too far from me starting doing her yoga routine. Some of her poses looked pretty erotic to me. But moments like that are more the exception than the rule.

LOL[/quote] LOL Yep actually but I wanted to make sure we were talking the same language so here is what Miriam Webster online says Definition of gatekeeper 1 : one that tends or guards a gate 2 : a person who controls access You sir are as much of a gatekeeper - by trying to guard the symbolic gates of your libertine perspective as you accuse me of being. You suggest that people like me who focus on a non sexual nudist practice are a problem for nudism while trying to control access to nudism for those who believe as you do.holy moly I guess I used the word properly on both counts. Particularly ironic since you hide behind a private profile while pejoratively labelling others who disagree with you. I will do my best to not stoop to that level but focus on behavior and points of view with which I disagree. Nothing I can say about a persons behavior would stop someone from calling themself a nudist or even engaging in their own definition of nudism. That happens all the time on this site and on the internet. However people like me who see the real life in person consequences of that behavior know how much is harms the nudist way of life in the public eye as well as the impact it has on individual. Maybe you will come up with your own definition of gate keeper to make that stick then so be it. I will keep calling out the incongruity of your argument as is my opinion and you are free to do the same.
