TN showing a menu list top and bottom

When I log into TN the screen appears in widescreen format and shows the menu at the top of the page and the page and the bottom of the page. This appears on every screen within TN.

Anybody else have this problem with TN and if so how I can resolve it

    I noticed it when signing in today,and thought it was something to do with my settings. The lefthand vertical column at the top instead of  horizontal is bad enough,but now with the bottom as well,it is really frustrating.
