What if "it" moves?

I'm cursed with a very sensitive member. It "reacts" with the slightest breeze. I've been to several nudist resorts (still a newbie) and its popped up on occasion (it has nothing to do with sexual thoughts). I've used a towel to hide myself but its very evident because I'm well proportioned. On occasion I've gotten stares and dirty looks but I can't help it. Does anyone else encounter this? I'm 100% pure of mind but I think some people might think I'm a perv. How should I handle this sensitivity issue? Should I tell the hosts of this problem ahead of time? Any ideas?
