Sep 25, 2011the Toronto Area? I know about the Ontario Roaming Bares swims and some other swims, but I am not usually able to attend those. Are there any ways where I can go skinny dipping indoors during the winter time and all I have to do is show up or arrange a time in advance?

FlokieSep 26, 2011If you can't attend the hosted swims I'm not sure what else there is on offer besides a trip out to the Ponderosa. What kind of alternatives were you looking for? The Ontario Roaming Bares generally have a couple of swims a month and the venues change so if it's tough for you to get to one location like Richmond Hill, it might be easier to get to Mississauga. All of the swims with the Ontario Roaming Bares, TANS and Newmarket Nature Bares are accessible via public transit but I haven't found a way to get to the Ponderosa by bus. You can use public transit to get to Bare Oaks but they don't have an indoor pool for winter use.
Do any of these links help?

If you do find any other options I would be nice if you shared them here.
Good luck,

ManiaxeOriginal PosterOct 2, 2011Hi there. I guess I could try Ponderosa if their indoor pool is available. Would Bare Oaks have an indoor pool available year round as well?ReactReply - FL
FlokieOct 3, 2011Those are some great suggestions that I never even considered. There is a Finnish sauna in Thunder Bay that allows you to rent private saunas but I'm not aware of any communal nude saunas up here in northwestern Ontario.ReactReply - MEMemberOct 4, 2011
The pool at Bare Oaks is outdoors but they do have an indoor hot tub.
