Be healthier! Check out this group

I started this group in hopes of getting support and supporting others.  There are a number of members but so far none of us have been very consistent.  I started (yet again) last Monday (1/3/11) and am doing well.  If you are working on being healthier or are just thinking about it, come to "Nudist Working to Be Healthier" group and start a topic or reply to one already there.
