MartinSep 4, 2014Of late I have been neglecting this meal. however it's normally Weetabix with Agave syrup (sugar replacement - would highly recommend)
But nothing beats eggs over easy, sausage, homefries and coffee.
No day starts with out a cuppa tea though!ReactReply - KE
KeithSep 4, 2014I too start the day with cornflakes and banana, topped with raisins with milk and peach juice.
If I am still peckish then a slice of toast with cheddar cheese spread and chopped onion. Or margarine and apricot jam.
The wife loves a cooked meal, bacon, eggs, and tomato with a fresh hot bread roll. Or special fried rice.

SteveSep 4, 2014Regular oatmeal, yogurt, coffee. When I worked midnights, it seemed that breakfast was theonlymeal I ate: Mornings, on awakening (mid-afternoon), and before work (midnight) all seem like good breakfast times.ReactReply - RA
ravensflyinnowSep 4, 2014"Fit for life" has an sound philosophy on breakfast. It's not just a diet...it's a great lifestyle that makes sense. Nothing but fruit til noon... No coffee in the mornings.

gator1Sep 4, 2014On work or early golf days, I like to have something quick, so I try to keep cooked pan sausage and biscuits in the refrigerator so I can just heat up and go. If my sweet wife is off work she sometimes offers to make me breakfast tacos.

DesertRatSep 5, 2014Did you know that the line "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." was created by an advertising agency who was hired to sell more bacon? As for me I have two huge mugs of coffee. It approximates about 6 normal cups. Around mid morning, if I'm home, I'll have a slice of toast with butter and preserves. If I'm not at home I'll have a half of a PB & J sandwich that I bring from home. Eating a big meal first thing in the morning sends my body all out of whack and I'm not right for the rest of the day. I do love "breakfast food", just not the first thing in the morning.ReactReply - SUsunnmaxxSep 5, 2014Sausage, egg & cheese on bagel. Fried myself, never fast food.ReactReply
- MEMemberSep 9, 2014
The most important meal of the day. What do you have? or are you one of the very foolish people who skip breakfast.
for me, i just make myself coffee and dates or figsReactReply

JonathanSep 9, 2014I work very late most days, so i don't usaually have time for breakfast. When i do wake up early enough, breakfast usually consists of a vegetable omelet, sausage or bacon, and coffee.ReactReply - MA
