Breaking the habit of dressing

I decided to grow a big beard and it was quite hard to break the habit of shaving, and hard to face the emotional hurt of peoples comments and hard to keep the courage up to be different,even though full bearded is actually natural.I think it is similar when starting out being a nudist, its hard to break the habit of dressing every morning and it's hard to face the emotional hurt of people's comments, and to keep the courage up to be different, even though,naked is actually natural.
