so i have a strange question . Being a nudist and a male i am just woundering if while at a nude beach or camping nude wich i never have done that yet but while nudist camping being free and everything and one with nature . When you have to urinate do you go to the bathroom facilities or do you just pull up the closest out of the way spot and let it flow ? i was at a beach once and seen a male just let it flow next to a bush, is that proper to do while either camping or at a beach? i know it is easy for males to do or is it easy for females to do to ? but i would like to know both opinions from males and females.

Male or female, really just depends on what or if facilities are offered, how populated the area is and how remote you are.

I see the legitimacy of the question depending on how you view urinating. I mean, a lot of people would use a facility because they would be shy of people seeing their nudity, not the urinating, while some people would be the total opposite, they would be shy about people seeing the urinating. Much like households that don't close the bathroom door to pee. So, if your hangup wasn't urinating, and everybody's already seen you walking around naked, urinating behind a bush somewhere might not be a big deal. Of course it could be a big deal to others, so play it safe. No one can see you pee in the ocean!

I think it just depends on the location- if there are facilities use them.  If not, I really just think it is matter of discretion.
As for the water- if fish can pee in it, then so can I

As long as you're peeing somewhere that I'm not going to walk it's cool with me lol!

Also, the ocean has far more things in it that you need to worry about than a little pee.

But a swiming pool...well there is a reason I'm aprehensive about using public pools.

Just because you are on a beach or other place where nudity is acceptable does not mean you don’t have to use the common sense or courtesy that you would use in a non nudity acceptable area.

I think like when you are clothed, just use your judgment.

Talking about fish weeing in the ocean..Maybe i shouldnt mention about whales..They reckon a whale can Ejaculate a whole heap of gallons of whale Sperm during sex with a girl whale, and probly only 10% gets to where it supposed to go..Makes you wonder where all the rest of it goes?
maybe thats why sea water is so salty lol

i would make sure to use facilities that are there, if not, at least make sure ur far off the track where folks would be walking and very close to a tree or bush. so that those that do go by, will not step in it. I would never just let it go where folks can be seen watching. I guess there are some that are not pee shy, lol. Thats not this kid. rofl.

Can't we just use common sense? If there is a facility, use it. If there is none, find an area where no one would likely step. There is no problem in using the ocean. The water along the California beaches, where we usually visit, are inhabitated with fish, dolphins, seals, otters and whales along with many species of shore birds. Most of the year the water is too cold to enter so I usually use the steep banks along the back of the beach. Women should follow suit but they are more embarrased about squating down to do their business. Several years ago my wife learned how to make this less obtrusive. She learned the art of urinating while standing. Now, from a distance, she is just standing there and not squatting down. She has used this technique several times when nature called and we were not in a nudist enviornment. She can do this while not removing her shorts or panties. Pants present a whole other problem. (There are several sites that will explain how to do this. Just Google them. It will probably take several practice tries in order to get it right, but it is well worth the effort.) Maybe this should be posted on the Lady's Page.

What I do if there are no facilities around at the beach is; I sit on the edge of a towel and dig a little hole about 4 or 5 inches deep directly in front of me. I put my knees up and pee in the hole and then cover it up. People walking by don't even know what you're doing, they think you just sitting there.

I can't believe anyone's taking this thread seriously. I mean really, do we have members here with a urinary fetish? Digging holes in the sand and peeing in them.......what must first timer's think when they read this tripe?

if the beach has facilities, use the facilities.  It's common courtesy for other beach users.

However many unofficial beaches are used by nudists because their remote location means that few people go there.  This means that they usually lack any toliet facilities.  If you are caught short a few miles from the nearest facilites, going in the wild may be your only option, but it is only sensible to find a solution which will cause the minimal offense to other beach users, such as heading into the dunes, out of sight to do what needs to be done.

A disabled friend once wanted to join me on a trip to a nearby beach and it took her nearly two hours to walk there on crutches.  Hurrying back to find some facilities when she needed to pee was simply not an option.

didn't realize peeing in the ocean was so widely accepted.  Not sure I want to do any more swimming in the ocean now lol
Damn the fish have been doing it for some time now, that and more. They also have a bad habit of using resivoires where most municpalities get thier drinking water.
If you think about it, we've all been drinking recycled cave man and dinosaur all of our short lives !! ( and the primordial soup prior to water wasn't all that appetizing, either )
