Cannot upload certification images. No response from support

Hi all

I paid over a week ago. My certification images fail every tine (tried iOS, windows, different browsers). Sent email to support but cannot find any support link now)

No reply nothing.

Not happy having paid and not being able to certify

I see a load of people got the same image not found a message.

Anyone got any suggestions about how to get the certification complete
