Certification

My questions is would it be possible to change the way we become certified from sending pictures in and waiting until someone gets to approve them to: simply doing a c2c with an approved Room MOD and proving to him, her or them that you are who you claim and the sex that you claim. Simple procedure and done in a very limited amount of time.
