Closed beach it Playalinda

I went to Playalinda Beach on Sunday, Nov. 27 2022 and it was closed. Nothing on the website stating so. Considerable driving time as well. Does anyone know?why this beach was closed?

    According to Google search, there was storm damage on that date.

    Their saying it possibly could be closed until sometime in the Spring.

    I believe Appolo is open.
