Who has to wear one when they sleep?
I do, and while it is a little uncomfortable and annoying, I actually find it less so than clothes when sleeping!

Nude At HomeNov 5, 2024I have been using one for 53days now according to my daily log of reporting my sleep score. I have heard others say that they wake up feeling extremely rested. While I will admit that I am sleeping better, I still have not woke up feeling completely rested. I walk down the hall first thing of the morning thinking about what time I can take a nap. I certainly hope that things get better. I have had to change my mask to another type once and I may have to do it again. Stay safe and stay naked!

I still have trouble falling back to sleep if I wake up in the night and wake tired in the morning. My log shows a significant decrease in sleep apnia episodes, so I guess it is worth it even though I am not getting more sleep or feeling better in the morning,ReactReply
