Has anyone had trouble with profiles disappearing recently, or new profiles being deleted? My wife recently made a profile on here and within a couple weeks it was gone.

I thought that myself at first, but that usually comes with a warning or at least an email alert that an account was removed. We have emailed the site and taken a trouble ticket, but haven't heard anything yet.
