I enjoy doing this as its a great way to get vitamin D and helps to clear skin of issues like rashes etc. as long as it is done in moderation. I do this for about 10-20 minutes.

SjoerdJan 2, 2014Ofcourse; when sunbathing, why not naked?I live on the (top) 4th floor (or 5th, if you count the ground floor as number 1), and in the summer I regularly go nude on the balcony. I have shielded the railing so it's not visible from the street below.

SteveJan 2, 2014I don't have the patience to lie in the sun, but I do stay aware of getting sun while I'm working - for vitamin D, and to suppress skin problems. Just not too much - I don't use sunscreen, just cover up if I'm out for long at mid-day. My version of "farmer's tan" is tanned shoulders and back, pale front.ReactReply - FU

I do but not as often as I would like. The best "sun" in my yard is in an area that can be seen from a nearby street. However, I have a screen which I can put up that keeps me hidden from the street. I have to wear shorts when I walk out to my spot, but once I'm laid out, off they come.

i love to sunbathe nude. we have a rather private property so i can lay out on the deck or on a float in the pool in the warm weather. in either case, i do get a bit bored just lying there, so i read or work a crossword puzzle (not an easy task on a float in the pool!). but i use sunscreen (30spf) and take a break every so often to go inside out of the sun. when i work outside, i don't generally like to work without a shirt (too much sweat and grime) so i don't usually do garden work nude, although i have done it on occasion.

I had a weird thing happen to me, I tanned my back without trying yet my bottom half isn't tanned although I was able to see the sun shining there. How could this of happened?

rdrunningJan 15, 2014We sunbathe nude when on vacation in St. Martin and other locales that permit. We went to Cypress Cove on our last trip and spent the day by the pool. I occasionally go home for lunch during the summer and have lunch at the backyard patio, which is private enough to go nude.

Cheri Donna DawsonJan 19, 2014I don't sunbathe. I prefer the shade at age 66 and not looking my age. The sun does age you. I've seen 40 yr. olds who look like they're 90 or leather saddles.
